Terminal Troubleshooting

If you have a problem with your terminal, first check the troubleshooting guide in your user manual for information on common problems and possible solutions.

Every terminal also has an error log which records warnings and error messages. Consult your terminal manual on how to view or print the error log.

If you are not able to resolve the problem yourself, contact your supplier for assistance.
