Terminal Problems
If your terminal has a problem, you may be able to investigate the cause yourself.
Firstly, check the troubleshooting guide in your user manual, this contains common
problems and possible solutions.
Every terminal contains an error log which records terminal error codes and
error messages. Consult your terminal manual on how to view or print
the error log. If this error message does not enable you to resolve the problem yourself,
contact your supplier for assistance.
